Policies — Phu Quoc Homestay

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 14:00 (2:00 PM)
  • Check-out: By 12:00 (noon)
  • Early check-in available from 10:00 AM (subject to availability, $5 fee)
  • Late check-out until 3:00 PM (subject to availability, $5 fee)

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
  • 50% refund for cancellations 24-48 hours before check-in
  • No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours or no-shows
  • Long-term bookings: one month notice required for early termination

Payment

  • Cash (USD or VND), bank transfer, major credit cards
  • 50% deposit required for peak season bookings
  • Long-term stays: first month payment on check-in, then monthly

House Rules

  • No smoking inside rooms (outdoor smoking area available)
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM — 8:00 AM
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings
  • Pool hours: 7:00 AM — 9:00 PM
  • Please keep common areas clean
  • Pets are not allowed (service animals welcome)
  • Additional guests beyond room capacity: $10/night per person

Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. A damage assessment may be conducted at check-out.
